 As one of the least-populated states with one of the last presidential primaries, Montana has about as much chance of picking a major party candidate for president as it does of hosting the Kentucky Derby. The odds, impossibly long a few months ago, remain high, but they are much narrower than anyone could have expected, and that was enough to crank up excitement last week |
